Act III Scene 4 Kazuma sighed as he put his arm around Lady Nekoko as she tiredly snuggled up to him. He looked at Jin, who was in a seat across from them, staring into the fire as they listened to the rain. "Things have happened so fast and unluckily that we have had no time to speak to our daughter," Kazuma told Jin, interrupting the silence. "She loved Plush dearly, as did I." He sighed. "Well, we were born to die. Tis very late," he commented, looking at the rain outside. "Shes probably already in bed, as I would have been an hour ago if you hadnt come over." Jin sighed. "Yeah, an these sad times give me no time to flirt." Lady Nekoko yawned and stood up, stretching. Kazuma and Jin looked at her. "Gnight, me lady. Send my greetins to yer daughter." Lady Nekoko nodded sleepily. "I will," she mumbled. "And Ill talk to her tomorrow morning about you. Tonight shes myud up in her room." She yawned again and kissed Kazuma on the cheek, then went up to bed. Kazuma watched her go up, smiling, then looked back at Jin. "Jin, I will make a bold offer of my daughters love. I think she will go along with me. No, I dont doubt it." He shook his head. "So perhaps Wednesday is a good day." He looked at Jin. "What day is ending now?" he asked, blinking. "Monday, mlord." Jin smiled eagerly, waiting. "Monday, eh?" He laughed. "Well, Wednesday is too soon." Jin pouted. "Thursday you two shall be married. I insist on speed, if you dont mind, as I hope this marriage will cheer her up, so the sooner the better. We shant make a huge fuss, just a few friends. Does that work for you?" Jin now had a horny smile. "Mlord, I just wish it were Thursday tomorrow." Kazuma chuckled. "Well, you get home. Thursday it is then. Ill tell my wife this when I get up there." Both of them stood up and hugged. "Farewell." He looked at a Puchuu. "Get me some hikari to my room!" He looked back to Jin. "Its so late we may call it morning. Good night." He then headed up to his room with a Puchuu carrying a torch. Jin smiled, then bounced around the room once Kazuma left. "Yay! I get to marry Keikou!" he squealed in a sing-song voice. He then ran out of the room to count the minutes. |
