Act IV Scene 2

In the main hall of the Capulet household, Kazuma was directing wedding plans, along with his wife and nurse and some servants.

"So invite all these guests that are written," he instructed one servant, handing her the list. She nodded and ran off. He turned to Yahiko. "Servant, go hire me twenty skilled cooks."

Yahiko bowed. "I shall have no incompetent ones," he assured him, hurrying off.

Kazuma looked around. "What, is my daughter gone to Friar Aohiki?" he asked. Nurse Michi nodded as she hurried around putting balloons up. "Well, hopefully she can do some good for her. Disobedient self-willed good-for-nothing it is..." he muttered.

As a balloon popped and Nurse Michi jumped back with a small scream, she looked over to see Keikou walking over, looking much more cheerful. "Well, here she comes now, looking much better!" she announced, running over to Keikou and hugging her.

Kazuma looked over at her. "Well, headstrong, where have you been?"

"Where I have learned how I must apologize for my disobedience to you," Keikou said as she kneeled down in front of Kazuma. "I must beg for your forgiveness. Pardon, I beseech you. Henceforth I am ever ruled by you."

"Well, that’s good!" Kazuma said happily. "Go tell Jin of this. I shall have this wedding finished off tomorrow!"

"I met him at Aohiki’s temple, and gave him what fitting love I might without being modest."

"Well, I’m glad. Stand up." Keikou then stood up. "This is how it should be! Ah, my good friar, myself and our town are in debt to her for this."

Keikou looked at Nurse Michi. "Michi, will you come with me to my room and help me pick out an outfit for tomorrow?"

"Yes’m!" Nurse Michi agreed. She and Keikou walked out to happily pick out clothes (In Nurse Michi’s case).

Lady Nekoko looked at Kazuma. "We should hurry in our getting readyness," she said to him. "It’s nearly night."

Kazuma shook his head. "No, I shall stay up with our preparations. Go help Keikou and leave me to play the house wife. I will go myself to Jin, since my heart is wondrous hikari because our daughter is so reclaimed!" And then he strutted out into the rain, with Lady Nekoko staring, sweat dropping.
